In winter the cold numbs the extremities of the body and makes surfers lose all their energy. Most surfers don't like the traditional neoprene "surfing" boot because they don't feel good on their board, that's why we created the WETTY surf boot. You will forget that you have surf booties on your feet.

HOW TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE OF SURF BOOTIES ?
1) Choose the thickness according to the water temperature:
3MM for water between 12 and 17°C
5MM for water between 7 and 12°C
7MM for water below 7°C
2) Choose the model according to your taste :
I want a surfing boot that is easy to put on, warm and comfortable, I choose the BAREFOOT range.
I want an ultra warm neoprene surf bootie with zero water ingress, I take the WARRIOR range.
I want a surfing boot that really feels like one with the foot and I want to really feel the board, I take the PRO SERIE range.
3) Choosing the right size
Our neoprene booties and surf boots fit normally. You should therefore take your usual size (unless you are between 2 sizes and then it is better to take one size larger). Our booties will seem tight the first few surfers and it's normal, they will be made little by little. You should not step on the heel seam, that's all.
We have developed a pattern with a specific ergonomics that fits the shape of the foot perfectly. That's why we don't use scratch or velcro to tighten the foot. The same goes for the split toe. Everyone gets thumb cold with the split toe. With our slippers you will feel just as much while still being warm.
4) Eco-friendly materials
Our surf boots are made of LIMESTONE or YULEX neoprene to guarantee better thermal comfort.
Indeed, unlike other brands, we use top-of-the-range Neoprene made without petroleum.
We use solvent-free water-based glues.
We coat our soles and seams with natural LATEX for a perfect waterproofness.
Our surf boots are made in a small workshop and each pair is hand made.

5) For which sport?
For surfing, longboard, SUP (stand-up paddle), foil, wakeboard, windsurfing and kite, the PRO SERIE range is recommended thanks to its LATEX reinforcements.
Lovers of active walking at sea (longe-côte) will finally have the pleasure of having the sensation of walking barefoot in winter.
6) Who is WETTY ?
WETTY, is a French brand created in BIARRITZ in 2013 by a former competitor.
Former member of the POLE FRANCE and the French surfing team, Greg couldn't find any surf shoes on the market that suited him, so he made his own surf boots. Now the best national (like Gaspard LARSONNEUR the 2019 French champion) and world surfers (like Josh KERR or UK Harry TIMSON) use them.
