Only customers who have made a purchase on our website can leave a product review. An invitation to review their order may be sent by email after delivery.
2. How reviews are collected
Reviews are collected through our internal review management system (PrestaShop review module).
No financial reward or commercial benefit is offered for submitting a review.
Each review reflects the customer’s genuine opinion after using the product they purchased.
3. Review moderation
Reviews are moderated after publication to ensure a respectful and useful environment.
A review may be rejected or removed in the following cases:

4. Modification of reviews
We never change the meaning of a review.
Only minor corrections (spelling or formatting) may be made if they do not alter the content or intention of the review.
5. Display of reviews
Each published review includes:

Reviews are displayed in chronological order.

Submitting a review involves collecting the following information:
